The modern furnished apartment is located on the 5th floor of Edificio Costa Mar, right on the coast with a view of the sea and the beaches Praia da Fragosa and Praia do Esteiro in the quiet coastal town of Aver-o-mar. The popular seaside resort of Póvoa de Varzim is 1.5 kilometers away and can be easily reached on foot along the boulevard. This boulevard runs for 8 kilometers along the coast to Vila de Conde, the seaside resort with the famous Roman aqueduct. The famous walking route, Caminho da Costa runs through these coastal towns.
Numerous nice Pastelarias, restaurants and shops are located within walking distance of the apartment. The various beaches with many beach houses and cozy beach pavilions and restaurants in the summer season are easily accessible via the boulevard.
On arrival you will be welcomed by our Portuguese hostess, who will further explain the facilities and use of the apartment.
We have an information folder ready with useful tips for day trips and restaurants.
One parking space for your car in the garage is included per booking. A second parking space in a closed garage can be booked for a fee. You can also rent bicycles from us that will be ready on arrival. If you want to make use of this, send an email with a reservation request.
Pets are not allowed in Costa Mar Suite. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
A deposit of € 250 applies per booking, which will be refunded within 1 week after inspection.
In principle, we rent out our apartment for a minimum of 1 week. If you want to rent a shorter period, please contact us.
